Alberstons and Smiths run their sale ads on a Wednesday to Tuesday cycle. They will also have ads in the Sunday paper, but it is usally the same or similar products and prices. Albertsons will occasionally offer coupon doublers on Wednesday and Sunday, and they are good for only 3 days.
